...was AWESOME. despite the overwhelming amount of people present, limited parking, and insanely priced food, it was a good experience. this was my first comicon and enjoyed every minute of it. saturday was the only day i attended, along with the cuzzos. most the day was spent in the exhibit hall checking out all the booths and whatnot. free swag you say?! why sure, i'd love some lol. that's how we were for the most part, although it was indeed draining walking around with like 50 lbs of free stuff. i was also grateful enough to get meet some of the great artists present at artists alley and around the hall, most notably scott williams, alex sinclair, alvin lee, j. scott campbell, kevin eastman, and jonboy meyers. i tried to talk to jim lee, but it seemed he was pressed for time and they had to cut the lines short since he was needed elsewhere. bummer, maybe next time. anyway, we were able to watch the kevin smith panel near the end of the day, which was rad. afterwards, it was the trek home to eat some grub and watch harry potter. ^_^
